How do I buy?

First of all, you have to select the jewelry that you would like to buy from us. You can select it either from the main page from the presentation situated at the bottom, or from the "Jewelry" menu. After choosing the product, press the "Order" button situated near the product, this button will lead you to a registration form where you will have to fill in your personal data. We will contact you within one working day either per e-mail or on the phone in order to confirm your order, after that the product will be sent to you through express courier (Fan Courier).

How do I pay?

The payment will be made only after the product was delivered to your adress (cash on delivery payment). Payments are made usually in RON (if the price of the product is in Euro then it will be calculated in RON at the rate of BNR), but it is also possible for you to pay in Euro if you let us know about it before delivering.

How can I order a watch that is not on the stock?

In this case you have to follow the indications described in the section: "How do I buy?", the only difference is that you have to pay us a 10% guaranty from the price of the product in our bank account. The delivery takes about 1-2 weeks, but we will contact you in order to inform you exactly about the period of time that you will have to wait(In Christmas time: the EXPEDITION last only for 3-7days.). If we are unable to make the delivery in the period of time mentioned, you will get those 10% back.

How long does the delivery take?

All the confirmed orders are sent to delivery within one working day, this means that the product will get to you most probably the next day. In special cases (week-ends, national holidays or long distance deliveries) it is possible for the delivery to take longer.

How can I follow my order?

After a product has been sent you will be contacted in order to be informed about the details of the delivery: an exact sending date and time, a refference number which can be used in order to follow the order directly at the courier. How to follow: click here.

How much does the delivery of the product cost?

The costs of delivery depand on your location. An approximative price is 30 RON. For exact prices please check the pricelist of the courier here. (Specifications: small, 1 kg package, delivered from Cluj Napoca).

What happens if the ring doesn't fit?

In case a ring is not the correct size, send it back to us and in three days (depending on return shipping time) we will modify it to the correct size.

What does the price recommended by the producer mean?

It is a price offered by the producer, considered the correct price for the final user. This price is calculated taking into account that the product will pass through some sellers and dealers. Given that we try to avoid these chains of shops and try to collaborate directly with the producer, we can obtain the jewelries at a reasonably smaller price.

Are my personal data protected?

Of course. Your personal data are used inĀ  order to send you your order and will never be shared with third parties or used for other reasons.
